Intro
This project was carried out in collaboration with Aseman Construction Company during my role as an in-house designer and content producer. The work coincided with the final construction phase of Asa Center, an 11-story commercial and office complex located in Mehrshahr, Karaj — one of the largest developments in the area and envisioned as a new upscale urban hub for the district’s luxury community.
Branding
The branding process began with designing a logo inspired by the building’s unique façade, volumes, and architectural lines. The visual identity was developed to align with the project’s strategic business goals — modern, corporate, bold, and sophisticated — reflecting the center’s premium positioning in the market.
Signage Design
One of my key responsibilities was designing the signage system for both interior and exterior areas of the center. This included directional signs, floor identification, and branded feature signage — all created in line with the unified visual identity to ensure consistency and clarity across the entire building.
Vinyl Stickers
I also designed large-scale window graphics and vinyl stickers for the ground floor retail façades and the lobby area. These graphics served both decorative and functional purposes, enhancing the building’s street presence while communicating brand messages and maintaining the overall premium aesthetic.
Photography & Social Media
In addition to brand design, I carried out architectural photography and videography to capture the building’s scale, design features, and atmosphere. I also designed a series of Instagram posts to showcase the project online, ensuring the visual language remained consistent across both digital and offline materials.
